This class will be a 45-minute metabolic conditioning (MetCon) class that will combine both strength training and cardio conditioning to some of your favorite hip-hop music. Each class will begin with a warm-up, followed by a movement-specific warm-up, three rounds of the workout for the day, and a cool down. The goal of this class is to help each person burn calories and build strength in a fun, safe, inclusive, and positive environment.
